1. Payment Method

We offer a simple and safe online/offline ordering service with no additional costs. This includes a large choice of payment options, including PayPal, credit cards and bank transfers and etc…

Payment by credit card

To pay with your credit card, select the type of credit card you want to use and enter your card number and expiry date. Credit card numbers will be used exclusively for the payment process and will be treated with the utmost security. Brother will request payment to be settled by your Credit Card provider only when you have placed order in our online shop. In additions, if the payment was declined by the payment gateway, Brother will not hold any credit from your Credit Card provider.

We accept: American Express (via Paypal) | Mastercard | Visa

Paypal

You can use this payment method if you are already a registered PayPal user. If you select PayPal as a payment method for your order, you will be prompted to log on via PayPal during the checkout process to confirm your payment. If you do not have a registered Paypal user, customer still can use “Pay with Debit card” to settle the transaction.

Apple Pay/ Google Pay

We accept Apple Pay/Google Pay as a payment method in our online shop. If Apple Pay/ Google Pay is available for IOS/Android device, you will see this payment option at checkout. You can pay by using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.

Pre-Payment by bank transfer

Pre-payment by bank transfer is available when purchasing through our telesales team. We will send you an email with the quotation and payment instructions. As soon as we have confirmation that the amount has been credited to our bank account, we will arrange the telesales order delivery as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 14 working days of receipt of your quotation, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Pre-Payment by FPS

Pre-payment by FPS is also available when purchasing through our telesales team or settle the monthly fee of the Managed Print Service (MPS). For the telesales, same as bank transfer, we will send you an email with the quoation and payment instructions. As soon as we have confirmation that the amount has been credited to our bank account via FPS (Please provide the quotation or invoice number in the FPS remark.) , we will arrange the telesales order delivery as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 14 working days of receipt of your quotation, the order will be cancelled automatically.

By Cheque

Please make cheque payable to "Brother International (HK) Limited" and mark your customer code on the back. Please detach and return the payment stub of the invoice (for MPS invoice) or copy of the invoice (for other invoices) with the crossed cheque to  Units 2001-12, 20/F, Metroplaza Tower 1, 223 Hing Fong Road, Kwai Fong, New Territories, Hong Kong, attention to Account Department.

Digital Wallet Payments

We now accept mobile digital payment methods, including Alipay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK & PayMe in our Brother eShop. You will see these mobile payment options at checkout page, please scan the QR code to complete the payment process (Please complete the payment within 10 minutes after you have chosen the mobile digital payment).

*Digital wallet payment may be subjected to regional restrictions, the payment method selected should be coordinated with the relevant currency account.
